What an apartment clean includes
Every visit covers the kitchen (counters, sink, stovetop, appliance fronts, microwave), the bathroom (tub or shower, toilet, sink, mirror, floor), dusting of reachable surfaces and sills, and vacuumed and mopped floors in every room. A deep clean adds grout, baseboards, doors, switches and the inside of the microwave. A move-out adds the inside of the fridge, oven, cabinets and closets.
Apartment cleaning prices
Recurring visits are $153 for a studio and $169 for a one-bedroom (weekly or biweekly), and $216 for a two-bedroom. A one-time deep clean is $279 for a studio or 1BR and $404 for a 2BR. Move-outs are $279 for a studio and $341 for a 1BR.
