Short answer: pet odor and deep cleaning in Chicago with Tailored starts from $463, custom quoted by home size, pet count and odor level. We combine a full Refresh deep clean with hair and dander removal and enzyme treatment of accident spots on hard surfaces.
Enzyme cleaners break down the proteins in urine that cause lingering odor, which fragrance alone can't do. Urine that has soaked into carpet pad or subfloor needs a carpet specialist or replacement, and we'll tell you if we see that. For move-outs, a pet reset helps protect your security deposit.

FAQ
Pet Odor & Deep Clean, answered.
How much does pet odor cleaning cost in Chicago?
Tailored's pet odor and deep clean starts from $463 and is custom quoted by home size, number of pets and odor level.
Can you remove pet urine smell?
On hard floors, baseboards and sealed surfaces, enzyme cleaners break down the source. Urine that has soaked into carpet pad or subfloor needs a carpet specialist or replacement.
Do you clean homes with pets present?
Yes. Please keep pets secured in one room or out of the home during the visit, and let us know about any allergies or anxious pets.
Is a pet reset good for a move-out?
Yes. Pet hair and odor are common deposit deductions. Pair it with The Move-Out for a deposit-ready unit with walk-through photos.
