Condo cleaning prices
Recurring condo cleaning runs $169 a visit for a one-bedroom and $216 for a two-bedroom (weekly or biweekly); monthly visits are $195 and $239. A deep clean is $279 for a 1BR and $404 for a 2BR. Add interior windows for $59.
For associations and property managers
We also clean condo common areas: lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry and trash rooms. Common-area work is custom quoted on our commercial cleaning page.
