How we clean greener
- Microfiber first: it lifts dust and grime with water and less chemistry.
- Fragrance-free products on request, chosen for the surface rather than one harsh all-purpose spray.
- Your products, if you prefer: leave them out and we'll use them.
- HEPA vacuuming to trap fine dust rather than blow it around.
Pricing
Eco-friendly cleaning costs the same as our standard packages: recurring visits from $153, deep cleans from $279, move-in sanitizing from $279.
What we won't claim
We don't call anything "chemical-free"; water is a chemical too. Disinfecting still requires a disinfectant, so for move-in sanitizing we'll talk through product options with you.
