Before anything leaves, we set aside photographs, letters, documents, jewelry, cash and anything that looks personal, and hand it to you. If you aren't ready to decide, we leave it boxed and labeled.

- We can work with the executor, realtor or property manager directly, and you don't need to be there.
A note about unattended deaths
If a passing went undiscovered for some time, the home needs a licensed biohazard remediation company first. That isn't work we do. We'll help you find the right people and then handle the clean once they're finished.

Do we need to be there?
No. Many families are out of state. We can coordinate with the executor, realtor or building and send photos.
What happens to personal items?
Photos, papers, valuables and keepsakes are set aside for you. Nothing personal is discarded without your say.

Yes. A haul-out followed by a post-cleanout or move-out clean is the usual path. Bundle both and save 15% on the clean.
