Prices

Core packages use our published rate card. Specialty work is quoted in writing before we start. The confirmed price is the price, unless the scope changes and you agree to the change first.

Scheduling and access

We arrive within the agreed window. Please give us safe access, working water and electricity, and tell us about pets and building rules. If we can't get in, we'll contact you to reschedule.

Scope

We clean to the written checklist for the package booked. We don't move heavy furniture, work on ladders above safe height, handle biohazards or exterminate pests. We don't provide linens for turnovers; hosts supply them.

Your belongings

We ask before moving or opening anything personal, and we never discard items without your say. Please put away valuables and anything fragile you're worried about.

Re-cleans

See our re-clean policy: tell us within 24 hours if something on the checklist was missed and we'll make it right.
