The way we work
Six steps, every time.
Listen
A short call or text. Tell us as much or as little as you like. We ask about access, pets, priorities and anything that's hard to talk about, and we keep it between us.
Quote in writing
Core cleans use the published rate card. Specialty and heavy jobs get a written price before we begin, so there's nothing to brace for.
Plan the visit
We confirm timing, parking, building rules, what stays and what goes, and whether a Junk Robbers haul-out should come first.
Clean to the checklist
The crew works room by room to the written scope, top to bottom, dry to wet, clean to dirty.
Walk through together
Before we leave, we walk the home with you (or send photos if you're away) and fix anything on the spot.
Follow up
We check in the next day. Something missed? Tell us within 24 hours and we'll make it right.
Standards checklist
Before we start
- Confirm the scope and price with you, in writing for specialty work
- Shoes off or shoe covers on, your choice
- Ask about off-limits rooms, fragile items and pets
- Photograph pre-existing damage on move-outs and turnovers
While we work
- Top to bottom, dry to wet, clean to dirty, in every room
- Separate cloths for kitchens, bathrooms and everything else
- Products chosen for the surface; fragrance-free on request
- Personal papers, photos, cash and medication are left where they are or set aside, never discarded
- Phones away except for job photos you've agreed to
Before we leave
- Walk-through against the checklist
- Trash out, lights and faucets off, windows and doors as we found them
- Keys and lockboxes returned exactly as instructed
- A short note on anything we noticed (a leak, a loose tile) without upselling
How our crew conducts itself
- We speak kindly about every home and every person in it, including when you're not there.
- We don't photograph your home except for job documentation you've agreed to, and those photos are never posted.
- We don't discuss one client's home with another, ever.
- We ask before we touch anything personal.
