What we collect

When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form: name, phone, optional email, service, home size, neighborhood, preferred date and your note. We confirm your street address only when scheduling.

How we use it

To reply to you, quote, schedule and provide the service, and to follow up about that service. Requests are stored in the customer system we share with our sister company Junk Robbers Inc so one team can help with haul-outs and cleans.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't post photos of your home. Job photos are used only to document the work for you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (for example, page views and quote requests). You can block this with your browser's privacy settings or extensions.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at [email protected] or (312) 521-0935.
