The policy covers items on the written checklist for the package you booked. Some stains, wear and damage can't be cleaned away; we'll tell you honestly when that's the case, ideally before we start.

How do I report something missed?

What's covered?
Items on the written checklist for the package you booked that weren't done to standard.
What isn't covered?
Work outside the booked scope, permanent stains or damage that cleaning can't remove, and areas we couldn't access.
