1. Counters, backsplash and sink cleaned and dried
2. Appliance fronts, handles and stovetop wiped
3. Microwave inside and out
4. Table and chairs wiped
5. Floors vacuumed and mopped
6. Trash emptied and relined

Bathrooms

1. Toilet cleaned inside, outside and behind
2. Tub, shower and tile scrubbed
3. Sink, faucet and vanity cleaned
4. Mirrors and glass polished
5. Floors cleaned by hand at the edges
6. Towels straightened, trash emptied

Bedrooms

1. Dusting of reachable surfaces
2. Beds made (with linens you leave out)
3. Mirrors and glass
4. Floors vacuumed or mopped
5. Trash emptied

Living areas

1. Dusting of surfaces, frames and electronics
2. Upholstery vacuumed on request
3. Floors vacuumed and mopped
4. Pillows and throws straightened

Whole home

1. Entry and hallway floors
2. Handles and high-touch points wiped
3. Trash gathered and taken to building disposal
